Dr. Qingshan Li is a board-certified orthodontist with over 33 years of experience across three countries. His career began in China, where he first practiced dentistry before pursuing advanced training in Germany. At the University of Kiel, he earned his PhD in dentistry and completed postgraduate training in restorative dentistry and orthodontics, where he also became a certified orthodontist.

Dr. Li further refined his expertise through an orthodontic residency at the prestigious Eastman Institute for Oral Health at the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York — one of the most respected orthodontic programs in the United States.

Now based in Chicago, Dr. Li treats patients across multiple locations while remaining active in orthodontic research and education. His work has been featured in renowned academic journals, and he regularly presents at both domestic and international orthodontic seminars. In addition to his clinical work, he serves as a faculty member at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), mentoring the next generation of orthodontists.
